Relevant policies Our People & Culture team writes policies to reflect the values and ethical standing of the organization across all areas. It is signed off by our Chief Executive Officer.

The organization operates the following policies that describe its approach to the identification of modern slavery risks and steps to be taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking in its operations:

Whistleblowing policy The organization encourages all its workers, customers, and other business partners to report any concerns related to its direct activities or supply chains. This includes any circumstances that may increase the risk of slavery or human trafficking. Employees, customers, or others who have concerns can speak to their line manager or our People & Culture team if they have any concerns.

Employee handbook & induction Our Handbook clarifies to employees the actions and behavior expected of them when representing the organization. The organization strives to maintain the highest standards of employee conduct and ethical behavior when operating abroad and managing its supply chain. New employees are given the handbook when they first join and made aware of how to identify signs of modern slavery and the next steps to take if they suspect it is taking place within our business or supply chain.

Recruitment/Agency workers policy The organization uses only specified, reputable employment agencies to source labor and always verifies the practices of any new agency it is using before accepting workers from that agency.

Due diligence The organization undertakes due diligence when considering new suppliers and regularly reviews existing ones.

Chief Executive Officer approval This statement was approved by the organization’s Chief Executive Officer, who reviews and updates it annually.
